Hello Experts, I have migrated SPRO configurations from DEV to QA environment for my custom Task Model , Business Transaction Type , Variant Id Etc. through customizing transport. All the config are migrated successfully but the custom task model is not appearing for QA communication system in AFC frontend on selecting created Task from Task Model Option. Please advise should the QA system be opened and configurations in SPRO needs to be done there to make it visible in AFC front end. Just wondering if this config activity should be taken as a Cut-Over activity during Go-Live.

Dear Naveen,
whenever you make changes either on master data or on the content (which was your case) in your backend system you have to synchronize the data with our frontend. You achieve this by opening the Specify Communication Systems app, selecting the affected backend system and clicking on "Synchronize Now". Once this is performed you will be able to see the data on our UI search helps for selection.

Hi Naveen,
you can proceed as usual and tranport your changes. A synchronization is still necessary for each system like DEV, QA , PROD.
