SXMB_IFR not working...

Former Member

Hi,

I am trying to open XI through the TCODE-> SXMB_IFR, but it is throwing "The page cannot be displayed" error.

But, other TCODEs like SXMB_MONI are working fine.

Is there any other way to open XI.

Please help asap.

Regards,

Puneet

Puneet,

Can u make sure your JRE has been installed properly. Also verify that all the post installation steps for XI were done - your issue is commonly related to XI being not configured properly.

Hi Puneet,

Right, it should open the XI home page or tools. but why don’t you try using url and port number like sample(http://uslt04.bp.com:52300/rep).

if you don’t get home page screen using url, ask your admin person and add an entry in hosts file mapping with IP address and url.

like this

194.111.31.61 uslt04.bp.com

Hope this will help you.

Hi

Check following things.

1- You have by-passed entry of XI in your Proxy server. in Internet Explorer Tools > Internect Options> Connection > Lan Settings > Advanced

2- You have made host entry for XI host name in local host file.

hi,

http://server:j2eeport/rep

but if you don't see sxmb_ifr this might mean

that your xi is not configured

SXMB_MONI - is a standard transaction for proxy communication (from was 6.20)

it does not have to be XI system - it's also in R3, ERP
