How to stop autofill of CAT2 and unloading points

I am having trouble getting rid of autofill boxes. When I login, I go in to cat2 and have an old personnel number in there. I have tried deleting all my local data/histroy but it still is autofilled when I log back in.

I am wondering if the reason why I can't get rid of these autofill boxes is because we can log onto any computer and have the data there, so deleting it off my local PC wouldn't delete the data on the server.

Thank you for visiting SAP Community to get answers to your questions. Since you're asking a question here for the first time, I recommend that you familiarize yourself with Community Q&A , as it provides tips for preparing questions that draw responses from our members.

For example, you can:

- outline what steps you took to find answers (and why they weren't helpful)

- share screenshots of what you've seen/done

- make sure you've applied the appropriate tags

- use a more descriptive subject line.

The more details you provide, the more likely it is that members will be able to respond. Feel free to also take our Q&A tutorial Q&A tutorial

Hi Lachlan,

In the SU3 transaction you can check/change if the parameter PER is maintained.

If it is not maintained you better request to delimit/maintain your Communications infotype 105.

The easiest fix (from the end-user perspective) is with parameter PER. From the system perspective it must be an info-type updates.

Regards,

Paulo

Paulo is right, just keep in mind that this depends on which specific fields are auto-populating. The personnel number comes from the PER parameter as Paulo suggests.

There are other defaults in CAT2 which come from the settings stored in the transaction.

You can change some of them, but others are coming directly from the timesheet data entry profile.

Thanks mate, SU3 was the easiest way to sort this.
