in the app "manage your solution" you can configure the Marketing Outbound Permissions.
Is there a way to delete the entries after they are created?

unfortunately the answer is no 😞
You can only change the entry from explicit to implicit or the other way around.

Indeed, as Tobias mentioned it's not possible.
