INSP lot cancelled PGI reversal is in LTCA , it is not allowing to process delivery

Hello Gurus,

user has cancelled PGI so lot is showing in cancelled status , now user want to process Delivery but getting below error in VL02n it is not going inside also.

inspection lot does not allow goods movement, can you Please let me know what should we do.

how can we process this delivery .
