No standard SAP EHS phrases exists in CG12

Hi Experts,

I am not finding any standard phrases related to SDS in CG12 transaction code, but all standard phrase sets are available in CG1B/CG1C (I have performed all pre-requisite configuration steps).

Please help how to create SAP standard phrase sets. I need to have all standard phrases corresponding to phrase sets (SAP_EHS*). If there is any load file which i can load in my test system, please advise.

Hello Amit ,

1. Phrases (dat) file will be provided as apart of Verisk ERC Content , if you are using IDES system , first you need to get the file to load the Phrases and import via CG31 transaction.

2. You can generate the standard phrase sets from SPRO transaction with path or T Code CGBB.

3. To assign the Phrases to a Phrase set again you need to the file from Verisk , you need to import this file once after Phrase import and assign the Phrase set.
