Error in Committed Items vs ordered quantities in Purchase Orders

In the Item Master Data tab Inventory we see a number of Committed items of 2.263.282.560, which is way too much.

The total ordered quantity ever (by drag and relate) is however only 6.052.622 items

The repair function Help - Support Desk - Restore - Restore Item Balances does not solve the problem.

Anyone who knows how we can get this repaired ?
