I can't upload category mapping file

Hi SAP Masters,

I am currently setting up the ticket categorization prediction. I have created a new model but uploading the categorization file shows an error "No Valid file found for Uploading Category Mapping" - "The Mapped Category () is not available in Active Service Catalog". I have downloaded "Category_Mapper_output.csv" but there is no data, there are only the names of the 4 columns so I entered the categories of process, incident and cause.

Am I entering the data incorrectly?
