The Phase on the Starter system and impact to app Configure your solution

Hi, we need additional localization in the public Cloud DEMO system. I entered the incident, component XX-S4C-OPR-SRV, as recommended by Activate. A new localization has been uploaded, but the incident is still open, status Send to SAP. And we do not get to the app Configure your solution, error "The system type (S) does not match the current implementation phase Explore. Please adjust it before you work with Configure your solution".

In a few days I will have to solve this case with the customer on his Starter system. I'm going to need additional localization, and I'm worried that if I ask for it, we won't be able to look at Configure your solution. Can I somehow move the phase to Realize myself on the Starter or do I have to wait for the incident to be resolved?

Hi Tatiana Dolezalova,

It seems that there is no phase for Starter system, it's just a demo system. "Configure Your Solution" now moved to CBC. If you need to do some localization, please try to create a case(or incident).
