Is there a way to have multiple entries of labor against a single operation?
In my router I have a single process for final; testing/checkout for a machine we build. On this particular production order the quantity built is one and the test/checkout operation is 110hrs. .
Right now with the labor challenges so many of us are experiencing it may take 3-4 weeks to get through this operation and I am asking if there is a way to confirm actual hours against this operation as they are completed.
This would give me more accurate absorption on a weekly basis since may be working on it but not be completing the operation for several weeks.
