CCO Print Templates to Print Order Slip in Quick Service

Hello,

I have a customer who is using quick service mode and we are trying to print the Sales Receipt Order Slip for only certain items. They used to use Table Service and this way we were able to control for which items to print the order slip.

Has anyone managed to either get this order slip printing conditionally within quick service mode or been able to add the user-defined text modules into the standard receipt?

Hello rosscawood

You can "filter" certain items from the printout. We do this in FOP formats simply by adjusting the "xsl:for-each" condition to meet our needs.

In JPOS formats we haven't done so before, but I would think it is possible, too.

As to suppressing the print completely if no items match, I'm not sure how you can achieve it. In our case we use a plugin to send the print job only "if any items match", not the other way around.

Hope this helps.

Best regards,

Joerg.
