How we need to restrict the practice mode in SAP Enable now

Hi Experts,

We are doing an S/4 Hana (Enable Now) Implementaion project,

We need to restrict the Practice mode, only Demo mode should be visible for the learners.

please help me to achive this.

Hi Sangamesh,

I think the only way is to hide the not needed modes like the Practice mode.

Just right click on the mode and choose "Hide"

If you want to avoid completely the creation of the Practice Mode f.i. you can define in the settings which modes should be saved within a simulation. Click on "Tools" / Settings / Producer / Save / Standard and select the modes which you need. All others you can deselect.

This requires that your Adaptable Resources are in edit mode. Otherwise the settings are greyed out.

For all existing simulations we have per default no option to hide a certain mode for all at once. But if you have a SAP Enable Consultant he can provide you with a customized script called "Hide/Delete Modes" in doing this. F.i. on group level.

We do not guarantee functionality for customized scripts.

You use it on your own risk.

If you need them please provide me with a OneDrive Link and I will upload it for you. Its just a dkp file which needs to be imported by you in your Producer. After this you have in your Producer under Tools more options.
