Cannot cancel or close Sales order. Error Message Document Awaiting Approval

Hi,

Anyone experienced this before? I'm trying to cancel/close the sales order but it says Document awaiting approval.

The status of sales order is *Sales Order -Document Update (Approved)* I went to Approval Status Report and approval stage to change the approval status from Approved to Rejected but the sales order is not showing.

Is there anyway we can cancel/close the sales order?

I'm using SAP B1 9.2 PL11

In addition, i tried to access the approval status report of the sales order but it is not showing anything.

When I ran the query for ORDR, the sales order is existing and WDD status is Yes while DraftKey is null.
