Can i know , how to make a field mandatory in the HSMD transaction

I have few list of fields, if the user does not fills during hsmd tcode, while create or change...System should through an error.
Can i know, how to handle this case..
Implementation for the BADI of HSM_BADI_001, HSM_BADI_002, HSM_BADI_003 was done...Was not able to make for the BADI .
