Unrated CITs during rating process: Job canceled after system exception ERROR_MESSAGE

Hi Experts,

We have custom program and we are using standard FM 'FKK_BIX_RATING_MASS' for the rating process. However, we encountered unrated CITs during a specific time only based on the tests we've done. On the job log there is message 'Job canceled after system exception ERROR_MESSAGE'.

The job is getting cancelled very rarely. It's like out of 10 jobs there are 2 shows the cancel status but if the cancelled job is executed again in foreground/background the job get finished and the CITs rating are all successful.

Does anyone encountered this before and actions steps need for this matter?

Hello ,

You have to check the logs files and the trace files of SAP Convergent Charging instances if there is any error message.
