SAP C4C - Pricing Offline - Upload pricing procedure failed - Offline Price Strategy

Hi,

I have done the field mapping as below

then I tried to upload the excel sheet downloaded from S4 for access sequence Z005, conditon table A900.

I got the error as below all the time as below.

Can anyone help me to fix this, the error message is too general to figure out what's is the issue.
