App created through "Manage KPIs and Reports" does not show up in "App Finder"

Hi fellow Community Members,

i created varrious applications in local mode on an on-premise system and selected a catalog, but i cannot find these apps in the "App Finder". I did everything acording to the OpenSAP course or this Blog post. I chose a catalog from whom i can find and select apps. In Launchpad Designer the Apps seem to appear as an entry in "Target Mapping". Since its on premise there is no "Custom Catalog Extension" and i do not know what to do next. I would be very happy for tipps!
