What are the needed credentials or questions i have to ask the client ??

what are all the issues we may face in this senario ??

have any one of u faced this type of task ?

I'm not clear with your questions. In general, monitoring jobs involve the following:

1. Run-time expectation? (when does your client expect each specific job to be finished)

2. What do the jobs do? (Result of job)

3. Issues: long run-time, performance, job aborted/cancelled due to errors, etc.
