MSMP error generation version being selected is the od version

Hi everyone,

I am having an error message pop up at submission of user access request just at the requester stage: see captured screen shot shown below.

The workflow is a 3 stage workflow - (1) Role owner, (2) Manager, (3) Security Admin. The last configured version is version 0000021 but as you can see in the screen shot the version being shown is 000005.

I have tried to force activate by running Tcode GRFNMW_GEN_VERSION and entering the MSMP Process ID SAP_GRAC_ACCESS_REQUEST without any success.

Anyone of you guys there who have encountered such and how did you resolve the issue. You invaluable guide is appreciated.
