Goods received to unrestricted stock for PO created from PR with reference to sales order

Is there a way to generate a PR from sales order; subsequently create a PO from the same PR and lastly perform goods receipts against the same PO but not receiving the stock into sales order stock? What I am trying to achieve is allow SAP to generate the PR from sales order and allow the stock received be allocated to other sales orders.
