List Bind Aggregation Fails with Filters in OData V4

Hi Experts,

When I try to do the Bind Aggregation for a List Control in my Controller, Failing with below error. XML Binding with the Same Filter is working fine. The reason I am using this in controller is that, I need to pass dynamic variable to Value1 in Filter. Please advise. This used to work in V2.
