Best practice for Asset Transfer between Branches

Hi experts,

We are implementing SAP B1 with branch-enabled option.

As we know, we cannot do asset transfer for different branch as per sap note 2002062.

May i know what is the best practice for asset transfer in multi branches scenario?

You shall retire and recapitalize the asset under the new branch.

I think it will not work. If you retire, FA will become inactive and not able to recapitalize anymore

Dear tungnguyenthanh, You have to capitalize under new asset code not under the same code, you may put up remarks on both asset master for reference, thanks.
