In-house Repair processing in S/4HANA integrated with SAP Field Service Management

Dear Experts,

Is it possible to use SAP FSM to process In-house Repair?

We decided to use FSM for assignment of engineer for service orders created in S/4HANA.

However, I was wondering if FSM can be used for assignment of responsible engineers for In-house repair orders.

Hi Junya

there is not any integration between Repair Orders & FSM. Moreover, there is not any plant to integrate them in a short-term (next version)
