Rule Models - Managing Attributes with no value

Dear Experts,

I'm creating a custom score which calculates the level of attribute enrichment for a contact. For example, does the profile contain an email, phone number etc. One of the attributes we would like to include is whether the contact has a job title. This is a custom field we created and is free text. As we only have the following options, what would be the recommended approach? We want to increase the score if the field has been maintained.
