Dear All,
We are a Car manufacturing company with a 30-member SAP support team in different modules (PP, MM, QM, FI, CO, HR and ... )
Our requirement is to define a job ladder in SAP department to clarify, where a person is standing now, and what skills should he learn to reach the higher tier. In other words, we need a classification with 3 or more tiers.
I would be grateful if you could suggest me a good source or share an example related to SAP department.
