When generating a report it stores temp files under the windows user location, can this location be changed?
( in appdata\...)
A customer runs it under citrix and they do not allow that temp files are stored on that location.

Type in Environment variables in search and it should bring it up.
They may need the IT's guys to configure it for each user.
Have you tried setting both the TEMP and TMP user-specific environment variables to a different location where the user does have access?
