FireFighter Logs directly sending to Fire Fighter work inbox but not sending e-mail Notification

Dear Friends,

We are facing below two issues in GRC AC 12.0 system.

1. When Controller request Additional Information at FireFighter Logs Review screen then. FireFighter Logs directly sending to FireFighter work inbox but not sending email notifications to the FireFighter.

We are following steps below:

• Controller click on FF Logs in Work Inbox of NWBC
• Opened FireFighter Log Review screen.
• Click on Other Actions -> Select Additional Information
• Maintain comments in Note.

2. Once controller approve the FireFighter Logs then system send Log approved mail to WF-BATCH User instead of FireFighter.

Could you please suggest the solutions to fix the issue. Thank you.

Priyanka, in order for the Additional Information information to work correctly, you may need to check if the Firefighter user exists with a valid email address in GRC.
