Is there a way to reopen a closed delivery route that has been closed in error? For example, I use transaction ID ZSD_RETURNS to enter returns on route XXXX at the end of the day, but I get the error "This route has already been closed.", but, the returns were no entered. Is there a way to reopen this route so the returns can be entered? I know you can enter returns by entering the invoice # and doing that for each invoice. In the case of an invoice being flagged incorrectly ,ie., flagged as OK but the invoice is actually missing or needs to be reshipped, is it possible to reopen the route and flag the invoice correctly?
