Deploying the same Business Rules in BTP and BRF+ (in S/4)

Is it possible to deploy the same set of rules in both BTP and BRF+ ?

Yes it is possible. All you have to ensure is that the rules are written with valid rule expressions for respective runtimes (cloud or S/4HANA)
