In this case in order to use the Booster it is necessary to have Customer/Partner License (https://discovery-center.cloud.sap/serviceCatalog/sap-appgyver?service_plan=standard&region=europe(frankfurt)&tab=service_plan&licenseModel=cpea) as far as I can see.

You can register directly with AppGyver and start using it here.
