General description of SAP Activate methodology

I find a lot of information about the SAP Activate methodology applied to the transition to SAP S/4HANA on-premise and Cloud in this community. Where can I find a more general description of the methodology with the tasks/deliverables in each project phase? Thank you very much for your kind support, Uwe Scheerer

Hi Uwe,

You can find the detailed Activate Methodology for Cloud and on premise in the Roadmap viewer by exploring the required roadmap. It explains each phase from Discovery to deploy and run along with its deliverables and tasks.
