#COE#SW01 Target was not found Monitor Purchase Order Items

A user is getting a message saying "Target was not found" when selecting the line detail on the Monitor Purchase Order Items app. This is happening for every PO. They are able to click through to the Manage Purchase Orders app but this doesn't show the process flow. The same happens when they select the Purchase Order Items line from the Manage Purchase Orders app.

They are using Microsoft Edge. I have tried clearing the cache but this did not help. It works ok when using the app in the Q system and it works in P when using Google Chrome.

Another user with the same access does not see this error, neither do I. target-was-not-found.png

I saw a KBA about the same issue in the Manage Purchase Order app but they are using F0842A version 2 for this app so it shouldn't be a problem.

Update Oct 2021 - No changes were made to the users business catalogs but the issue went away after about a week.
