Quotation Transaction Type not showing in Portal

Hi,

I have a question regarding quotation transaction tyep. I create a new transaction type by copying standard Quotation (AG) delivered by SAP and I didn't change any setting in this new transaction type.

The issue is the new transaction type showed up in CRM backend and I can create the transaction. However, I was unable to find it when I try to create new quotation in CRM portal(CRM 4.0). In the CRM portal. when I click the create button, there will be popup window listing all the transaction type can be used. Unfortunately, I can't find the new transaction type I created, but the standard Quotation is listed.

I would like to know if there is other config I need to do to let the new transaction show up in the portal. Or it might be caused by SAP bugs.

Did you change the action profile to show up the newly created Tnx type?

I didn't change any action profile, since it copy from standard AG. so the action profile used is "Quotation," which is the standard delivered by sap
