Table replication entry not appearing in LTRC with no error dumps after system refresh

After system refresh, we restarted the DD* Tables and initiated the load of other tables which worked fine for most of the tables. Couple of tables had old logging entries in the logging table and hence they failed to replicate. Tried various steps as per note 1933605 and have also tried various options of completely resetting the flags and tried replicating again. These attempts failed and now when I try to replicate it from SLT, it appears as scheduled for couple of seconds, no logging table/triggers get created and then that entry disappears from the SLT LTRC data provisioning screen. The hana data provisioning continues to show the table entry with Error status. Its just few tables that face this problem and it would be great if we have a workaround to fix for these specific tables rather thatn deleting the whole configuration and recreating it again.

No error dumps or logs get created in SLT or source system.

DMIS version - DMIS 2011_1_731 SP10

Did you ever get this resolved? We have similar issues where some tables will replicate, but others will be in a scheduled state for a few seconds and then disappear. Any information would be great!
