Document Button in Stock Posting Tab in QA32

In QA32 stock posting screen, there are buttons with name Document. Inside which text entry box is there. After we enter some text in that where can we see the text?

Our requirement is, when a user posts the stock in blocked stock, he should mention reason for it.
