Invalid priority type in Webservice "GRAC_USER_ACCES_WS"

Hello Experts,
I am getting an error like the below in SOAP UI while requesting the service "GRAC_USER_ACCES_WS".

Is any config missing? Or anything I need to pass in the Request payload.

Hi Everyone,
I got the issue. Looks like the PriorityID which I am sending in the Payload has to have the MSMP Process ID as "

SAP_GRAC_ACCESS_REQUEST".

this web service is used to create access request in AC and has some mandatory fields (like user, role, manager, request type, priority ... ). I would recommend you to check the WSDL for its required attributes.

have a look at the priority configuration in GRC and see if the BC set has been activated. Check if you need to pass the Id or priority label (and label, check if case sensitive)
