Unable to print delivery note because of EMCS status

Hi community,

My S/4 Cloud customer gets and issue with printing the DELIVERY_NOTE form.

Message is linked to a EMCS status which I can find in the delivery header

ADS is working for other forms.

When searching this topic I get to best practice 4O0 Electronic Movement Control System.

This one is not active on the system but still we have this issue.

Did someone have this kind of issue and could help out ?

Hi Patrick,

Can you check whether you activate the scope item 53X? If so, you can try to print again after deactivating this scope item.

In terms of deactivating the scope item, you can create a case(previous incident).

Hi all,

this is most likely caused by the default activation of scope item 5HR newly introduced in 2108 for DE and US.

Please raise a ticket for this , EMCS needs to be deactivated in the system. Only scope item 4O0 should enable EMCS.

Please raise a incident to SAP with component X4-CBC-PRX for correction.
