Can't publish to Word in SEN using an Apple computer using parallels

Mark at FCS is trying to publish a Hands-On Guide in SEN and he uses an Apple with parallel app. He gets an error saying Microsoft Word initialization failed. Is there something he needs to do please? Thanks!! Deb

It depends on the version of Word and how this is installed. If it is an Apple version, that won't work. If it is the Windows version installed on the same virtual machine (or however parallels works) that Producer is running on he should be OK, but the cloud version of Office 365 is not supported, and the Student Edition also doesn't work. There may be other limitations as well.
