SAP Information Steward Data Quality Dimension scorecard is not showing the score.

Hi i have developed the code in one environment and while I imported the code to another environment successfully and ran the tasks score is not displayed. When i go to the detailed view it has scores for each rule. But Accuracy group is not showing the score.

Hi,

I have experienced this behavior once in the past. The issue was that one underlying table object that was bound to a rule and to a scorecard was not included in the rule-task and therefore was not calculated.

Make sure that all your tables that are checked by the validation rules and are part of a the scorecard are actually included in your rule-task editor. If any are missing, add them to the task and rerun it

Hi Kishore,

interesting. Haven't seen this behavior before. Does the rule view (right hand box) include scores 10.00 and 100. both values in one column?

Potentially someone else from the community run in that same topic in past and has an answer.

Hi Kishore,

that was the most common challenge that I experienced. Maybe you can share a screenshot of where you are missing the scores? "Data is not changed in tables" --> which tables do you mean?

You have in the Detail View of the Scorecard a Quality Dimension Entry "Accuracy" and there is NO score visible, but when you click on Accuracy, you get in the Rules list on the right hand side all rules assigned to Accuracy plus the calculated scores?

Hi Kishore,

did you also run the Scorecard Calculation Utility tool to calculate the scores for the complete scorecard based on the individual scores by rules?

Normally the Scorecard Utility is scheduled to run once a day. When you want to see immediately the complete scorecard you can manually execute a run in the CMC or you switch in the DQ Scorecard the dropdown value of "Show score as of" from "Last Run" (which is the last run of the Scorecard Calculation Utility Tool) to "Now"

Hi Niels yes i have run Scorecard Utility multiple times. I have also selected show scorecard as of now. Data is not changed in tables. When i check scorecard as of last run it displays data correctly. Do i need to refresh anything in backend or run any utility.
