[DSN] - Quote Automation Services not recommended for SAP ECC

Hi Experts,

As per the QA Config Guide, RFQ for service lines is not recommended, if our client opted to have this, may we ask how can it be handled and why is it not recommended?

Is it because there is no standard mapping for service lines? We tried sending one but got below error in SAP ECC:

Hi Janina,

Services RFQ and POs are not supported by Discovery. It's not a CIG limitation, hence may be posting in Discovery channel would get you the answer for the question.

Just FYI, Ariba Sourcing integration for RFQ, PO via CIG supports Services as well.

Hi Sunitha,

Is there a documentation that says Discovery don't support Services POs and RFQs? May we ask if you have the link for Discovery Channel? We are asking because when we do awarding for Service RFQ in Discovery it is being posted and we are not receiving any error message or warning that it is not supported.
