Hello,
We have a 30-Day S/4HANA trial appliance deployed in AWS for evaluation but need more time. Is it possible to convert this to a 90-Day trial? If not, what are our options?

yes, this is possible, see this blog.
The "product license" in the case of S/4HANA is an S/4 Enterprise Mgmt. and a HANA runtime (or higher).
If you don't own these licenses in your company, you can acquire the free S/4HANA 90-day trial in SAP Store (this will also count as product license).
The CAL subscription license (see blog) will be needed as well.
The system state will be preserved so that you don't loose your work from the first 30 days.
