Reporting all Events in Stories

Hi! I am trying to make a Report Story of all Events (and Event Reason) of our organization. However, my query is only pulling the most recent "Event" of an employee - meaning, there are no duplicates (an employee can have multiple Events all through out his/her stay in the organization). Anyone knows how I can pull all Events? In Canvas, we have the Date Filter to Show All - not sure how to reflect this in my data source in Story.

Hi Melissa

Did you get answer for your question? I am also facing the same issue wherein I am trying to extract "events" but cant find the same in report story.

Hi

In your Story Query Designer, select the Job Information option then hover over the filter and TIME FILTER.

By default there will be TODAY applied, so only shows one line per employee.

Click on Remove Filter

Now try Preview Query - you should now see all of the entries for Job Information

Hi lissiedomingo, I hope you are doing well.

I did a research and I found this documentation that can be valid to try to extract multiple records.

In the example the use case is Advanced Reporting, maybe you can try to use this approach.

I hope this helps
