Blogs: The counters seem not to work properly.

First a very obvious problem:

In screenshot below you can see my blog. The LIKE counter shows zero. When you go in the visualization of the blog, you see 27 LIKES. Why that?

Also it seems the counters do not work. Below you see the present counter. I did post the blog in LinkedIn and some Forums and had just in LinkedIn soon more than 1000 views. Meanwhile over 1800! However the counter here showed only few hit.

Equally, I was told from some colleagues on day they had liked the article, but in that time the counter did not move. So I tried with a colleague on the phone: He like the blog but the counter did not react. In a later test it did counts. All that seems very random.

Hi Bernd, sorry for the inconvenience. Seems to be a problem with the search index. I'll report it to IT.

Where did you take the screenshot? from a topic page search result (for example: https://community.sap.com/topics/sustainability?lng=en&tab=content) or from the community search results (for example https://community.sap.com/search/?ct=blog&q=sustainability)

Hello colleagues,

I shot this across my network of more than 4000 EHS experts. I wanted to create here a bit traffic on the community page. There is nothing on and I want to attract some folks from the EHS expert crowd to be with us to give some live to the sustainability community. Social Media marketing is all about traffic. Now, people check out and see the views or likes. Articles with few likes and little traffic are ignored. But when there is traffic, it is boosting. I had for an article in Linkedin last week 3.500 hits.

This error here is very unpleasant, since it takes away the power of traffic and likes, the question is perceived as of little interest. Please, convey to the IT that this is not a nice to have but a mußt work function.

Also the colleague who tried it and nothing worked will lose trust and ignore the platform.

Take these things for serious.
