Automatic email notification to assignee during task allocation

Hi Team,

We are following SAP activate methodology in Cloud ALM tenant and accordingly as initial starting steps in process of creating project in SAP Cloud ALM for Implementation Tile.

While creating requirement and in turn assigning tasks in user stories to respective project team members, automatic emails are not triggering.

Is there way to enable automatic email trigger at Project tile level for Implementation phase. Appreciate any pointers in this regards.

P.S. --> we can see notification management tile under operations group but not in implementation.

Yes, automatic e-mails upon task assignment to the assignee would be very helpful. Not all project members tend to check their task list on a daily basis in CALM, especially when they have only a few tasks every once in a while.

fyi, a User will receive a notification when they log into Cloud ALM if a Task has been assigned to them. They can access it from the Notifications alert just to the left of their initials in the header of Cloud ALM. See below. If they are new Tasks, I believe the notification is highlighted, but they can always see them even if they have previously viewed them.
