Flexible workflow from maintenance order purchase requisition

dear experts,

we implemented a process for purchasing of components in maintenance order. Purchase requisition is triggered at maintenance order release. The Flexible workflow is activated at item level for PR, and it works for all the component manually updated before the release of the order.

But, if a component is added after the release,the PR does not trigger the event for the FWF.

The event manually raised by SWUE works.

Please advice.
