Hi Expert,

I would like to know if there is a way to skip additional data collection step and document flow step in Onboarding 2.0. My client has forms and they would like to send those forms via email to the candidate/employee during the Onboarding or Internal Hire process.

I am aware that the default onboarding process cannot be modified. Hence, request you to advise on how can I skip the additional data collection step and document flow step in both Onboarding and Internal Hire process.

Hi, Venkata Satish! Yes, you can skip ADC and Document flow steps with their corresponding business rules and with new process variants. For this requirement, I suggest you to review the business rules that trigger the documents and ADC, and to create new process variants without those steps.
