Is it possible to show the process name in Approval Tab?
I can see only step No.

to be precise and answer to your Query :-No it is not possible as Arya said with valid business use case submit Idea
At ay point in time , there can be only one active approval process for a business object , so the system will always show the steps related to the active approval process and not the name . This should go as a new Customer Influence to submit an idea https://influence.sap.com/sap/ino/#/campaign/1868
