Federated content in the Launchpad is not clickable

Hi experts,

I've configured Launchpad service for content federation with S/4HANA On-premise (2020 SPS00), by referring to the following tutorial.

Now I can see S/4HANA tiles in the BTP Launchpad. The problem is, when I click the tile, the content is shown but I cannot click inside the application. You see the cursor has changed to a red circle.

In transaction uconcockpit, I have set "ClickJacking Framing Protection" to "Logging" as below. But strangely, I see no logs for this line.

One difference from the tutorial is that I have created a runtime destination with "BasicAuthentication", because Principal Propagation is not yet set up in our environment, but I doubt this affects clickablity on the Launchpad.

What could be the reason for content being not clickable, and how can I make it work?

Hi Mio,

the reason could be that the following path is not permitted in the Cloud Connector:

If so you would see a corresponding error message in the developer tools and it will also be visible in the monitor of the Cloud Connector.

After adding that path to the Cloud Connector, I was able to click inside applications.
