SAP PM costing

I created maintenance order(preventive maintenance order), I entered all the operations and components required for the work, then in costs tab only labour and overhead cost is displaying, I also used components but spares cost is not displaying, what could be the reason, please help me with the configuration settings

Hi,

I think this happened to me before in PM while configuring a new company code. I think I had forgotten to configure and assign the value categories.

That's a very good point Oscar..

@ Venkatesh A: go to the cost tab in IW32 and click on the Plan/Act Rep button to see if the material cost is visible in the report.. If it is, then its a problem with the Value Categories.

Try issuing one of these materials to the order to see if the actual cost value works..

Check the materials have a price. This can be done by checking the Accounting 1 view in MM03.
