I created maintenance order(preventive maintenance order), I entered all the operations and components required for the work, then in costs tab only labour and overhead cost is displaying, I also used components but spares cost is not displaying, what could be the reason, please help me with the configuration settings

I think this happened to me before in PM while configuring a new company code. I think I had forgotten to configure and assign the value categories.

Try issuing one of these materials to the order to see if the actual cost value works..

Check the materials have a price. This can be done by checking the Accounting 1 view in MM03.
