Dears,

When i accept quotation on IW32 after create quotation on DP80 i got message,

'Accept quotation" not possible

Message no. IW888

Diagnosis

The quotation cannot be accepted for the following reasons:

  • The quotation has already been accepted.
  • There is no quotation available for this order.
  • A user status does not allow quotations to be accepted.

Procedure

Check which of these options applies, and, if necessary, initiate the appropriate tasks

i can't accept quotation because this message.

try creating a debit memo request with reference to your quotation ... with VA01... you'll get the real error message which blocks the creation of debit memo request...

Usualy are master data issues... fix those data problems and then try again acception the quotation from iw32

Hello Peter,

I don't activate user status on service order, the system status is ( As i mention below on screenshot ) the PTBL status appear automatic without create any invoice, also as i mention here is message of (Accept quotation not possible).

You may have to raise an OSS incident, in that case, as to my knowledge, there is no OSS note for this issue in S/4 Hana

Check whether you need to carry out code corrections as recommended in OSS note 1517243

But this note from 2010

I work on S4/Hana 2020 so i can't implement it on my system's version.
